SEND

At Ladygrove Park Primary School, we’re proud to be an inclusive community where every child is valued, supported and inspired to succeed.

We provide for a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including communication, learning, emotional, sensory and physical needs. Our dedicated Inclusion Team, led by Elaine Li-Koo (Deputy Headteacher), Carol Turner (SENDCo), works closely with families and specialists to ensure every child thrives and Sarah Cheetham (Inclusion HLTA).

We adapt our teaching and curriculum so that all pupils can access learning and achieve their potential. Targeted support such as Read Write Inc, IDL, ELSA and Thrive helps children with literacy, maths, and emotional wellbeing.

Regular reviews, staff training, and strong partnerships with parents and professionals ensure our provision is effective and responsive to each child’s needs.
