Ladygrove Park Primary is an extremely popular, fully subscribed school, of a relatively new build, with very friendly, hard-working, confident pupils, who aspire to be the best thinkers, collaborators and role models. We are proud of our particularly strong team-working ethos and a shared commitment to staff training and development.  The successful candidate would work closely with, and be supported by, their immensely supportive Teacher and TA colleagues and Leadership Team to achieve success with their pupils and in their own career.  

We are seeking somebody, who either wants to achieve a strong start to their school career or who wishes to continue to progress their career successfully, to commit to the Autumn Term with a lovely KS2 Class, until the permanent member of staff returns from secondment.

We will offer full support to the successful candidate (e.g. participation in the school’s chosen ECT induction programme and an assigned experienced school mentor), from a school team known and respected for their mutually supportive team approach.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how their personal qualities, strengths, experience and skills will ensure the best provision for the children in their class and complement the school team effectively.
