Teaching Assistant Role:
Teaching Assistant Contracted Hours 28.25/ 30hrs (across 5 days). Mondays to Fridays - term time only. 8.40pm-3.10pm (approximate, exact timings to be determined by school) This is for a fixed term contract, for the remainder of this and the next academic year (ending 31st August 2027). Grade 4 (£25,185 to £25,584) pro rata
We are recruiting for a TA SEND support role, with good experience of working with children with additional needs. The role will include supporting children with SEND (including EHCPs) on a 1:1 basis, in small groups and as a whole class, learning support for the children, in and out of class, as well as additional pastoral support (e.g. during break- or lunch-times).
We are interested in someone who is a team player, enthusiastic, flexible, resourceful and passionate about working with children with additional needs. You need to be motivated, resilient, possess a can-do approach, ambitious, committed, highly flexible and able to use your initiative and looking for immense job satisfaction but not shy of hard work.
We are an inclusive school where children’s additional needs may include: Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma, English as an additional language, English and maths specific learning difficulties, autistic spectrum condition, cerebral palsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, global learning delay and speech, language and communication needs.

Playworkers in our After School Club
We are looking to appoint Playworkers to work in our After School Club for the duration of this academic year and next, ending 31st August 2027. Start Date: as soon as possible Pay and Grade: Grade 4, (£25,185 pro rata) Working hours: 16.25hrs in After School Club (2.45pm - 6pm) Mondays-Fridays, term time only. If you cannot work everyday we will consider a flexible approach. Responsible to: Extended Schools Co-Managers, Anne Addison and Archie Clibbon / DHT Elaine Li-Koo/HT Andrew Markham
